To review the doc, print out the following:

  http://web.mit.edu/afs/.athena/astaff/project/olh/Release/8.0/all.html

If you want to have the Table of Contents, also print:

  http://web.mit.edu/afs/.athena/astaff/project/olh/Release/8.0/TOC.html

Once I have the absolute final text, I will format it for hardcopy
(somehow) and add a cover page/copyright page, etc. (As you could
probably tell from my message to cwis-pub, I'm still trying to figure
out the best way to get final output from the HTML source without a 
lot of handwork. If all else fails, I can do it by hand.)

Thanks again for reviewing the document. I need to create the
"camera-ready" copy first thing Monday...

Any other takers? (Let me know.)
