I was planning to keep a stub debathena volume in the SIPB cell to=20
maintain paths as much as possible. But yes, we should change all=20
hard-coded /afs/sipb.mit.edu/project/debathena paths we can reasonably=20
change.

Speaking of which, is it possible to keep a stub authentication-less dev=20
cell with one server (or even vhost the "dev.mit.edu" name with another=20
cell's AFS server, if possible; I don't know enough about AFS to know if=20
it is) that just has a bunch of symlinks or cross-cell mounts for the=20
stuff that's moving to the Athena cell instead of disappearing?

=A0I don't have any access to the SIPB cell AFAIK to look at the current vo=
lume structure, but it may not be wrong to go and look
