> 1) Acrobat should go in the release (jdreed, alexp)

People should explore using it from partners, and check the existence of foreign fonts. They do have the current version.
Further investigation is required. In particular, can the version from partners display, e.g., /mit/evaluate/japanese.pdf correctly.

> 2) Do we want an N42 printer (and maybe a W92 printer) in the dropdown for testing (alexp)

Sure. jdreed will follow up with mmanley.

A suggestion is made regarding multiple BrowsePoll lines and multiple servers, which is met with a mixture of hilarity and facepalm.

> 3) How do we want to deal with upstream bugs in packages in -thirdparty (alexp)

We should report upstream. If necessary, we should advocate for an SRU (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates). SRUs can be pushed in as little as 2 weeks. If we determine that an upstream fix will take too long, we can do a locker deployment, or as a last resort, a debathenification, but we should push on upstream.

> 4) Check-in re: summer plans/vacations (jdreed)

-broder vanishes mid-July, but will work on Debathena through at least Commencement and the Lucid deploy (if it remains on schedule).
-amb will be out for 2 days on both sides of Memorial Day.
-jdreed may vanish for a week in June or July.
-geofft plans to be in the Boston area this summer

> 5) SIPB release-team attendees for summer and '10-'11 (jdreed)

-geofft will be around next year, but would prefer to begin the process of transitioning out of the release-team role
-jdreed will solicit attendees from debathena@

> 6) Merging c-l-c and reactivate

We should do it.

> 7) Lucid deploy timeline

On schedule. We hope to have -workstation and lower ready to go by 4/30 (Lucid release)

We might want a gtk app to identify Debathena on the login screen, to fix the branding issue.

Login screens should retain some visual similarity with the current login screens so as not to completely confuse users.

> 8) Trac review

Other business:

- SIPB won the Compton Award (for many things, including Debathena), it will be presented at the Awards Convocation on 5/4. Go SIPB.

- According to clusters.mit.edu, Nagios is not notifying on some failure modes. We should follow up with ops and hotline to determine what information is pulled from Nagios manually (ie: by viewing a page) vs what is pushed out.
