Looks like I missed a few people. Please also add:
fawkes
oremanj
pweaver

mitchb also requested commit bits. As per the other half of our bit
policy (i.e. get a change committed), I think he more than qualifies.
In particular, for recent history, the changes in r23922 and r23920
came directly from him.
