I uploaded debathena-cupsys-config 1.7.1 to the production apt repository
just now, at the request of jdreed and broder. This is the same as the
cupsys-config 1.7 that had been sitting around for a while that changes
the BrowsePoll server from SIPB's cups.mit.edu to ops'
cluster-printers.mit.edu, plus a little bit of extra code to deal with
updating CUPS' BrowsePoll cache file gracefully (reviewed by broder and
kcr). Cluster and debathena-workstation machines will take the update
within two hours; private machines will take the update the next time the
user does a standard software update (which is why I wanted the extra code
and not just counting on the fact that it's 4 AM).

This only really affects GUI printing; command-line printing has for a
while now not involved cups.mit.edu and looked up the back-end print
server in Hesiod, and thereby supported every printer on campus. There are
a couple of private queues formerly configured on cups.mit.edu ("sipb" is
a notable one) that aren't on cluster-printers.mit.edu and thus won't show
up in the GUI list any longer, but e.g. "lpr -Psipb" from "Print to
LPR...", or just "lpr" if that's your default printer, will still work.
