I also should mention that I wrote a "queue hoover" as I call it to
automatically dequeue and remove any print jobs over a day old from all
the queues. This way, print jobs don't linger until some kind operator
removes them. I wish that the CUPS feature to just remove defunct jobs
worked, but I wish for a lot of things.
That job should run hourly and should help in keeping the queue clutter
down.
