I'd just as soon hold on to cups for the time being until we have a
better answer for non-cluster machines where we're still relying on
BrowsePoll for queue discovery.

(For cluster machines, we're planning to edit /etc/cups/client.conf to
point the client tools directly at printers.mit.edu as opposed to going
through a local cupsd)

But long-term, I think we'll definitely want to do that.
