I used the firefox-3.5 package (and firefox-3.5-gnome-support) during the
Jaunty beta cycle. It coexisted fine with firefox-3.0: /usr/bin/firefox
still ran firefox-3.0, and firefox-3.5 used a separate Firefox profile
directory. This is probably still the case in Jaunty final, but someone
should check to be sure.
(In Karmic, firefox-3.5 is the default.)
