I'm generally ok with this, but I would really prefer to wait a week
and see what reaction to W20 is like.

For MITES and Interphase, I'm including the following bullet points in
my presentation:
- We are in the middle of a transition while we upgrade Athena.
- Here's what Debathena looks like, and here's what Athena 9 looks like.
- Athena 9 should mostly work, but I'm training you on Debathena.
- Each dorm has their own printer policies and you should ask the dorm
desk if you can't print to a dorm printer. The cluster printers will
always work.

If you choose to upgrade the dorm clusters, please put some signs in
prominent places indicating which machines are Debathena, particularly
if you only upgrade half the cluster. http://debathena.mit.edu/
cluster has a link to PDF of a "quick reference card" that gets people
started -- feel free to print that out. Also, please send mail to
rccsuper letting us know which machines were upgraded.

I'd like to still have one or two Athena 9 machines in each dorm (the
Quickstations will suffice) for now.

As always, I will not be sad if you turn off kerberized printing for
the summer (or even permanently!), please also send mail to rccsuper
when you do so, so that we know what's going on.

If there's anything you want me to add to the MITES and Interphase
computing orientations, now would be a good time to tell me, since
I'll be speaking to MITES in about 3 hours, and Interphase next week.

-Jon
