After discovering the zwgc issue last night (See trac #137 for
details), I'm concerned that there may be other changes from Athena 9
that are not documented anywhere (other than possibly svn logs). I
already know about the zwgc issue, and some bashrc changes (like
PS1). I'd like to compile a list of any other changes so that they
can be documented or discussed as necessary. Note that I'm not
suggesting these changes are wrong or should be reverted, but if
they're undocumented we should fix that.
I have created Trac #142 for this task. If anyone remembers changing
something, particularly default behavior, that we haven't documented
either on http://debathena.mit.edu/beta/legacy, I would appreciate it
if you could add a comment to that ticket explaining what the change
was, and a brief description of the motivation behind it. That way I
can compile them, and document them, and we can discuss any changes
that merit discussion.
