It was pointed out to me that release-team only contains the Debathena
folks who have been attending release-team, and that all the Debathena
developers might be missing out on some discussion that happens before
they have a chance to catch up via discuss.
Are there any objections to simply adding debathena-dev to release-
team (this has the net effect of adding andersk, nelhage, and price to
the list)?
