We need to be careful to avoid breaking the athena10.mit.edu apt
repository (unless we want to do that intentionally to get people to
update their configuration after we switch to the debathena.mit.edu URIs?
If so, we should probably do that in an intentional way that gives people
reasonable instructions as to how to fix things).
I'd also be fine with syncing the content of http://debathena.mit.edu/beta
to http://debathena.mit.edu sometime before Wednesday.
