relaxing permissions on psutils locker

Hi,
The current psutils locker has system:authuser:rl. Does anyone know
if there would be a problem with adding mit rl to the ACL (for those
who don't remember, 'mit' is a list of IP ranges).
The problem I'm working here is htat makewhatis on linux is runnign
into permission denied errors on some links into this space. This
rapidly becomes more annoying when you start sending root@machine's
mail somewhere other than /dev/null.
