I don’t think this is an issue, because the automounter is
case-insensitive (thanks to DNS). /mit/saltzer, /mit/Saltzer, and
/mit/SaLtZeR all work equally well.

Yeah, this use case doesn’t require pollution of the filsys namespace.
Given that we plan on supporting attach -e (via mutable symlinks in the
automounter FS), it will be easy to write a short script or even an option
to attach that attaches the read-write copy.
