mit-openafs-setup-1.2-2 is now available in the usual places, and  
contains add, attach, afslocker (which runs attach, but yells at  
you), and detach.

I tested things, and I think they work.

IMPORTANT: When testing, remember that since these are shell aliases,  
you won't get the new versions until you start a new shell.   
Specifially, your version of 'add' is still calling afslocker, which  
will complain at you.  Start a new shell from your login shell, or  
ideally just log out and back in, since that's what we're telling  
users to do.
