I don't know if this merits a meeting, but we been to establish who is going
to be in the varies 'test' clusters.
In the past, the process of figureing out who was in a test cluster was done
by taking whoever was in it the previous release.
It was suggested in the Ops group meeting that we solicit for teters early
this release to make sure everything is in place when the time comes.
