This is now the third iteration of this debate. Consistently, jmorzins
has been on the DontZap side, arguing that ctrl-alt-backspace is too
easy to hit by mistake (just bang on the right side of the keyboard with
a blunt object, like a notebook) and can cause users to lose work.
Consistently, jhawk has been on the opposite side, arguing that
ctrl-alt-backspace is useful when a machine is stuck, though he has
never provided a response to source-reviewers [6367] (ctrl-alt-F1
ctrl-alt-del as an alternative) as far as I have seen.

If we sided with jmorzins in the past, even when DontZap was not the de
facto default, I'm not sure why we should change our minds now. I still
think his arguments are more convincing.
