FWIW, there's also GNU Mailutils, which includes yet another MH
implementation and supports both IMAP and POP, with secure
authentication via gsasl or gnutls.  The catch (apart from the
possibility of unwanted surprises) is that gsasl appears to lack krb4
support, though it does support krb5, both directly and via gssapi --
so either it would need to gain krb4 support or Mailutils would need
to gain support for Cyrus SASL.
