I've incorporated feedback from jweiss and aurora, and published the new
index.html and testing-cycle.html pages under http://web/release/www
I have begun revising the remaining suplementary document, release.html
that contains the Release Testing Order.
At the moment that doc has the IS&T Look, content-wise is a mess.
It's not evolved since Mike Barker and I cooked the original structure,
even though the way we actually checkpoint the deployment of the Release
is very different.
I shall make a stab at re-casting it in terms that match how we actually
stage the deployment, and then I'll email the list when there's
something to look at.
