There's now an image on the netops PXE servers for installing Athena.
(Thanks, Mark!)  There's no formal documentation for it yet, but it's
functional and stable, and other than "press F<whatever> to boot from the
net and select the 'Linux Athena' entry" I'm not sure what documentation
it needs; the installer is otherwise the same.

Despite the (current) lack of documentation, it seems likely that people
will start finding this and using it.  I'll be adding something about it
to the INSTRUCTIONS file in the bootkit locker soon, too.
