OK, then I'll go with your original suggestion for local-lockers- I've
made the current.i386_rhel4 and current.sun4x_510 links (in the R/W
volume at the moment). I also made analogous current.i386_rhel3 and
current.sun4x_59 links for Athena 9.3 machines. 

Since I presume my suggestion would not affect local-lockers
operation, I'd like to implement it also for user convenience. Can we
plan on doing the switch Monday night? If OK, I'll update the base
locker wrapper script "current" value before the overnight AFS
propagation then.
