This is great from Web Communications Services perspective. We are already testing all DLCs websites and web applications in Firefox on the Windows and Mac platforms.

Subject: Athena upgrade to Firefox?
Right now, the Athena release offers Mozilla 1.7.5 as the default
browser on both Solaris and Linux. Since the world is currently
looking to Firefox as the major alternative to IE, we would like to
offer Firefox as the default browser in this summer's Athena release.
Does the browser release team have objections to this plan, concerns
about the timeframe, or ideas to contribute about how this upgrade
should take place?
Thanks for your time.
