Is it ok that the fonts move from /usr/lib/fonts to something under
/usr/athena?
Do people actually look for the fonts?
At the present, some platforms have their own troff fonts that they put
there that we overwrite, or mess up.
The proposal is that we follow our convention of putting "stuff we hack
together at Athena" under /usr/athena for the installation of the
"Transcript third party package."
