Hi Angie, Thanks for catching this.
The problem appears to be an accidently omitted release of the
system.rhlnx.athena93 volume (which actually contains all of the
relevant athena RPMs for 9.3.15/9.3.16. Simply releaing this should
solve the problem, but I decided that rather than do that and have all
of the linux machines update mid-day, or leav them failing updates all
day, the best thing to do was to back out the control file change and
try again tonight. I've done this by removing the 9.3.15 and 9.3.16
lines from /afs/.athena.mit.edu/system/rhlinux/control/control-9.3 and
releasing system.rhlnx.control.
