"Emulate3Buttons" is supposed to just automatically get set when the
Athena run of the Red Hat install detects a 2 button mouse.  That's what
I THOUGHT happened on laptops so that mice would DTRT.  Are we
hard-wiring a choice of mouse?  Can't the install detect how many
buttons?
