Back when I was a team leader I tried to entertain an official migration activity to the Stellar Course Manager. Last time I checked in on the effort, I was told it was too soon to use Stellar. It looks like customers have voted with their feet and abandoned NEOS. I would like to ask for an official sanction to publish a date for shutting down the eos and eos2 server hosts, and to removing NEOS from the Athena release. -wdc
