1. source-reviewers
Starting now, we will flag source-reviewers transactions upon
committing or giving up on them, so that people can use unflagged
transactions to see what hasn't been committed yet. Flag your own
transactions upon commit.
(Use "swn flag aref" if using the command-line client, so that replies
are also flagged.)
2. Patch release
9.3.9 is out to the dev cell (soon to be followed by 9.3.10 for Linux,
probably, for the kernel update). It should go to field on August 15.
3. Status
