Tonight I tested and confirmed that the Solaris 9 knfs binaries from the
9.2 release continue to work on 9.3 machines without recompilation.
I made a minimal change to knfs.add to look for an rvdsrv key in the
default keytab location rather than explicitly looking for
/etc/athena/srvtab (since we'd like srvtabs to go away) and put the
result in /mit/mkserv/services/9.3 and released the volume.
