The Athena 9.3 early release is currently scheduled to begin the
evening of Monday June 7. Machines in the alpha, beta, and early
clusters will automatically update to this release if they are set
AUTOUPDATE=true. If they are set AUTOUPDATE=false, you can manually
update them by doing a console login as root and running:
On Linux:
update_ws 9.3
On Solaris:
detach -a
attach -O athena-sun4sys-93 # (dev-sun4sys-93 for alpha/beta machines)
update_ws
Please send bug reports about the 9.3 release using the "sendbug"
command. There are system release notes explaining what's new in the
9.3 release in /afs/dev.mit.edu/project/relnotes/rel93.html.
