Taking EZ off the packs!

After discussion with Craig (and others) I believe the following is the
right way to remove EZ from the system packs, transfer its control to a
locker, and to keep the functionality where people expect. Following in
the tradition set by the moira binaries, and the dash menus:
create a sym-link on /srvd:
/srvd/usr/andrew ->
/afs/athena.mit.edu/astaff/project/andrew/export/<VERSNO>/<HOSTTYPE>
This year VERSNO is: 6.3
Therefore for suns:
/srvd/usr/andrew -> /afs/athena.mit.edu/astaff/project/andrew/export/6.3/sun4
For SGI:
/srvd/usr/andrew -> /afs/athena.mit.edu/astaff/project/andrew/export/6.3/sgi
