release-team: the patch for ksrvutil chage so that it does not weaken
keys should make it into the next release.
sipb-athena: this patch should be obtained and new kerberos
binaries/packages built. The new binaries should then be advertised,
since many people get srvtabs from net-req through AFS and it is
suggested that they ksrvutil change them.
