I just this minute got confirmation from Andrew Barnes in purchasing.

Mike Jung notified him that the agreement has been signed and that the

paper copy is en-route to purchasing as of this morning.

Andrew Barnes says that there will be no problem with paying.

We can move forward with development and distribution!

All Red Hat Enterprise related work that was on hold pending

official permission to distribute what we've been prototyping, such as

Athena 9.3 testing and utilization of Red Hat Enterprise for things
like

beowulf clusters can PROCEED!

Brian Cole, Dan Logcher, and I have already been in communication for

how we want to set up our official connection with Red Hat to utilize

the products and services now granted under this license.

When I hear news that the invoice has been paid, I will schedule a

celebration!
