Hello,

Last night the mailing list linux-announce had its subscription to the
release-announce list revoked, because an individual member's address
bounced. That generated the initial message you saw. I fixed the
problem about 15 minutes later, but (foolishly) decided it would be
better not to bother the hundreds of people on linux-announce with
another mail message. This left yourselves, and several other people
confused. The current state is that one of the poeple on
linux-announce has removed its subscription from release-announce
again. I'm going to solve this problem by subscribing the members of
linux-announce to release-announce individually, so that everyone will
be able to control their own subscription without affecting the rest
of the list. You need (and should) do nothing at this point. Sorry
for the confusion.

	Jonathon
