The complete RHEL 3 distribution is now in /afs/dev/system/rhlinux/rhel-3.
Generally speaking, it looks like a hypothetical Red Hat Linux 9.0.1;
assuming it's what we use for the forthcoming release, I don't forsee any
real upgrade problems.

There's a very rough cut of an RPM list in
/afs/dev/user/amb/rhlinux/control/list-9.3.1.  I've installed breakout
(in the W92 test cluster) from that list, though it's missing the files
it would have gotten from .../rhlinux/config/9.3.1/... and doesn't have
AFS.

Red Hat does not ship a usable version of tetex with RHEL 3, so I'd assume
we're either sticking with our own build or using the locker version.

I've also heard some secondhand bitching about broken and/or missing
development tools under RHEL 3, but have not yet investigated.
