Well, sendbug is relatively defensive about its use of mh if the user
does not have a .mh_profile, though it is worth noting that this is a
dotfile supplied by moira at account creation.  It does use the mh
program whatnow to send the mail (and allow the user another chance to
edit it before doing so).  We'd lose that saving throw if we were to
switch to sendmail, but the actual code change would be fairly simple.
I'm not sure the current state is all that bad, unless you think we'r
egoing to end up with more users with broken mh configurations now
that  we're encouraging people to use pine and evolution.
