Well, that's why you got the error message. You should be able to run:
cp /usr/prototype_user/.mh_profile ~/.mh_profile
to get an MH configuration that works, so that you can send bug reports
more easily.
(sendbug should probably not use MH at this point; it should use
sendmail directly. But that will take a bit of work.)
