1. Solaris miniroot testing
Still need to test new miniroot on Sunblade 150, Ultra 60, and 280R.
Garry will get miki access to the necessary hardware.
2. Solaris sources
We still don't have sources for Solaris 9. We need them for a Solaris
9 install miniroot, for the dialups, and for knfs. Garry and Bill are
working on this.
3. Documentation issues
It was suggested that the Dotfiles document describe the ZEPHYR_CLIENT
variable. But it's not clear that there's anything a user could set
it to which is supported, so it may not belong there.
It was suggested that the PWOG should document that local mail to root
or postmaster goes nowhere by default on private Athena machines, and
possibly should also document how to change that. It's not clear
where this would go in the PWOG, and it might be more appropriate for
a stock answer.
4. Alpha release
Hopefully, it will be ready in the next one or two weeks.
Prefs conversion will be implemented during alpha, so it will
initially be broken.
5. Status report
We did our status report; it's been sent out separately, as usual.
