You may have already seen this bug report. It disturbs me. I haven't
encountered anything like it before, and it is non-reproducible for me.
Anybody got any suggestions? Do we need to physically go to these machines
and see if something special is peculiar about them?

Subject: linux 9.1.18: mozilla
Date: Sat, 18 Jan 2003 21:17:07 -0500
System name: w20-575-36.mit.edu
Type and version: i686 9.1.18
Display type:
Shell: /bin/athena/tcsh
Window manager: sawfish
What were you trying to do?
[Please replace this line with your information.]
I was trying to run Mozilla.
I'm currently logged in with no customizations and
have rm -rf'd .netscape and .mozilla
What's wrong:
[Please replace this line with your information.]
The first window to pop up was a Netscape error reporting
window. After sending the error, no windows popped up.
The error reproduces itself on w20-575-38 as well, but
notably not on the IBM x86 Linux-Athena machine in the
SIPB office where I went for help.
Earlier, I ran simply "mozilla" and it told me that
there was an error in mozilla.adjusted that run-mozilla.sh
doesn't exist. This error has dissapeared within the past
half hour.
It is also notable that mozbeta and netscape work fine.
What should have happened:
[Please replace this line with your information.]
I should have gotten a relatively standards-compliant
http browser window.
