Perhaps it was just discussed in suggest and no one mentioned it. I'm
a bit surprised that `resource limitations' would cause a problem,
since all that is involved is rebuilding the shell for the decstation
(the sun and RS/6000 already run it), and some user education.
maybe by next year the decmips will be gone and it won't be an issue
after all. :-)
