Okay.  It makes more sense that nv is a driver, and not a new X server.

We can still distribute a 4.2.99 or 4.3 X server to be used only on the
Dell Latitude C840.  (The IBM Epro machines should stay as they are
until the next full Athena release; we have a lot of them and they work,
more or less.)  But we may have to build it from source in order to make
it use a different sandbox than /usr/X11R6.  And we'd want to try to
distribute as little stuff as possible to cut down on bulk; fortunately,
I think the X11R6 server framework is pretty separable from the client
framework.
