We named netscape-4.61 and netscape-4.79 in accordance with Netscape's
release numbering. But Mozilla 1.2.1 is called 1.2.1, not 1.21. In
theory, there might someday be a real Mozilla 1.21 release, 19 minor
releases down the road, and it won't be the same as Mozilla 1.2.1.
