patches required for latest Sun compiler set installation

I'm starting to install the latest Sun compilers (Studio 7) and as usual Sun
wants a bunch of Solaris patches installed, specifically:
109147-16 Linker (16 bit)
108434-08 Solaris 8 libC.so.5 (32 bit)
108435-08 Solaris 8 libC.so.5 (64 bit)
111697-03 SCCS and make
We have the first 3 but only to a lower revision number. We don't have
the last. Could these please be installed in a patch release?
I don't have any more information beyond the very brief descriptions above,
nor do I know what will happen if we don't install these.
