Putting aside the fact that I have obtained a new non-Athena project
elsewhere that's been eating my life a bit, the main reason you haven't
seen an announcement that Mozilla 1.1 is available is because they changed
some of the internal configuration files.

Unfortunately those files are ones we alter for our customizations in
certain places, and I can't just copy over our altered versions because
new stuff has been added. The problem is with the .jar files, where I
don't remember exactly which of their HUNDREDS of individual internal
elements I had to alter (hey, it was over many days of trial and error). I
know which .jar files I altered, but I'm having to go to somewhat greater
lengths to figure out which subfiles changed. Emacs, stupidly, does not
change the datestamp when you edit an internal element of a .jar in place,
which is what I had been hoping.

Anyway, as soon as I move our customizations over, the 1.1 installations
will be ready to go; there just turns out to have been an unexpected
research task and my time is tight this week.
