The Mozilla cache location has been corrected as requested in the meeting.
On first run, the cache will be in /var/tmp/Mozilla because we don't get
much of a choice; on subsequent runs it'll be in /var/tmp/Mozilla-$USER.

I still need to test the cleanup behavior on public machines, but it
should be okay.

Also, for Greg: The 'mozilla' wrapper uses two Perl scripts called
'correct_cache' and 'lock_check'. Neither of these are symlinked to be
available for anyone else but the 'mozilla' script, because they are never
meant to be called directly from the command line.

There is also a wish dialog called 'mozilla_lock_message' but you can
presumably just run that directly from /mit/infoagents/arch/share/bin,
where it lives.
