I'm also exercising 'eminent domain' for a block of "Bill Time" to alert
y'all to the emerging IS/MIT budget situation:
I will tell you what I learned from the recent ITLT meeting regarding
MIT's budget situation, and what that means to the IS budget.
I will clarify what Jim has kicked off to deal with the situation.
I will explain how the budget situation affects us.
I will want to go over a sanity check of what I'll be telling Jim
about our stratigic focus for the next year. (I should just
say that outline now, but I've not quite finished with it.)
