/afs/dev.mit.edu/user/ghudson/icons has my icon replacements, with the
text replaced in all icons and the graphic replaced in browser.png. If
you view them in xv, the transparent part of the icon will appear as
white (I don't know how to change that); in the panel, the transparent
part will appear as #d7d7d7, a light gray.
