I did the last bit of fixup and test-out for the Linux Andrew locker,
and now it is happy for 9.1. It should be fine for ALL platforms again
now.
Reminder:
Andrew (meaning ez, messages, ahelp, etc.) is no longer part of the
release.
/usr/andrew is gone.
If customers what to use Andrew stuff, have them
add andrew
and run the program they want. Also urge people to migrate OFF ez.
(Does anyone other than David Hogarth and myself actually use the stuff
nowadays? :-) )
