Tom,
OpenAFS clients are in the new release for both Linux and
Solaris. AFS server binaries are not included, because the idea of
supporting private AFS cells isn't really more than a pipe dream of mine
at this point.
If you are interested, there are binaries and instructions at
www.openafs.org that will get you started, although it's not something
I/S can officially support at this time. I can probably provide some
help if you're interested, with the understanding that it's unofficial.
