IIRC, the reason for voldump was so that we could dump and restore from a particular copy of a RO volume, though I'll admit I'm blanking on the exact reason we wanted to do this. Given that it is possible to do this wihtout voldump, I'm comfortable with "dumping" it. Jonathon
