We should point them at the Athena cell ASAP so all the machines are
looking elsewhere when we decide to do whatever we're gonna do to the
dev cell packs. (I'm considering deleting them to use the same space
for the new ones, since I'm not sure there's any reason to keep them
around. This applies to decmips/sun4/rsaix, but not sgi. If anyone
knows of a good reason not to delete those packs, let's hear it...)
We should also give ops a first advance warning of oncoming packs for
the Athena cell.
